What is the Buy Ashland program?

If you are a resident or work at a business in Ashland County and purchase* a new or pre-owned vehicle from Donley Ford Lincoln Mercury of Ashland, we will give you a $500 gift certificate to an Ashland County Merchant participating in the BUY ASHLAND Project. Donley is standing behind the slogan, “IT’S TIME WE ALL PULL TOGETHER.” We feel this will be a very positive effect on Ashland County.

Scott Donley, owner of Donley Auto Group, with dealerships in Ashland, Galion, Mt. Vernon, and Shelby, says “to support each other during these times, the local community has to pull together." How do we do that? By keeping money in our local community, such as Ashland. If you live in Ashland or have a business in Ashland, we need to put our money back into the local economy. There are local businesses that can take care of all our needs, and our first thought should be, "keep it local."

Ashland is a city with great possibilities and opportunities. In recent months we have gone though some trying times due to the national economy flowing down into the local businesses, causing residents to be laid off. We do need to be concerned with the country we live in but our main focus needs to be in our local county. Ashland County has great school systems, fast responding emergency facilities, fantastic technical, and community and university presence.

Consumer Benefits

Besides the ability to strengthen our community economically and socially, participating in the Buy Ashland program offers the following consumer benefits:

Consumers can split the certificates with the following options:
Option 1: Receive a full $500 gift certificate to one local business
Option 2: Receive multiple certificates with certificate amounts having a minimum of $100 Ex. 1 (5) $100 certificates to different local businesses Ex. 2 (3) certificates amounting of $100 each and (1) certificate for $200 to spend at local businesses.

Notes:
1. To be eligible for the gift certificate customers must mention the Buy Ashland program during the initial visit to Donley Ford.
2. The gift certificate will expire 90 days from the date it was written to the customer by Donley Ford.
