Thank you for your interest in the Buy Ashland Program!

To be a part of the Buy Ashland, the merchant must be a Ashland owned business in Ashland County.

As a Merchant of this program you are giving Ashland residents and those that work in Ashland County the ability to spend a $500 Gift Certificate locally.

When the customer purchases a vehicle from Donley F/L/M of Ashland, the customer selects the local merchant they would like the gift certificate from. Donley F/L/M of Ashland will present the customer with the $500 Gift Certificate or certificates.

Consumers can split the certificates with the following options:
Option 1: Receive a full $500 gift certificate to one local business
Option 2: Receive multiple certificates with certificate amounts having a minimum of $100 Ex. 1 (5) $100 certificates to different local businesses Ex. 2 (3) certificates amounting of $100 each and (1) certificate for $200 to spend at local businesses.

The customer has three months to present the gift certificate to the local merchant.

  1. If the total amount of the gift certificate isn’t spent, the merchant will have to provide a merchant gift certificate to the customer for the remaining amount.
  2. Local merchant must decide how payment transaction from Donley will be completed;
    1. Invoice upon receipt of gift certificate from the customer
    2. Payment after customer receives gift certificate
  3. Merchant will receive the name, address, and phone number of the customer with the gift certificate number.

Notes:
1. To be eligible for the gift certificate customers must mention the Buy Ashland program during the intial visit to Donley Ford.
2. The gift certificate will expire 90 days from the date it was written to the customer by Donley Ford.
3. The Buy Ashland Program excludes AXZD-Ford Pricing Plans.
